Job Summary
A consulting services company is filling a position for a Remote Risk Management Consulting Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading conflict of interest systems such as Intapp Open Conflicts, Elite Conflicts, LegalKEY Conflicts
- Leveraging technology to support automation
- Mapping business intake workflows and automating with workflow technology such as Intapp Open Intake Soft Skills
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Five+ years of experience leading a business acceptance function at a medium to large law firm
- Permanent US work authorization
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong/practical judgment and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with law firm conflicts clearance, matter/finance metadata set up, client due diligence, and managing outside counsel guidelines and engagement terms
