Remote Risk Management Program Manager

Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Risk Management Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Own the risk management processes
• Work cross-functionally to improve processes to ensure continuous improvement
• Evaluate and recommend internal tools to facilitate risk management process

Required Skills:

• Up to 25% travel to client/other sites
• 5 to 7 years of project/program management experience with IT software projects
• Comprehensive understanding of program management theory and team dynamics
• Strong process and methodology knowledge and experience for software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Scrum, RUP, Waterfall, Extreme, Agile and Six-Sigma
• Ability to influence and navigate a highly matrixed organization
