A risk management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Risk Management Solutions Customer Service Representative in Richmond.
Must be able to:
- Provide quality telephonic and email customer service
- Address client, patient and/or provider inquiries
- Receive and respond to daily emails and correspondence
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Strong and consistent work history
- Ability to utilize MS Office including Outlook and Excel
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude
