Job Summary
A health care organization is seeking a Remote RN Behavioral Health PRN Utilization Reviewer in Fort Lauderdale.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct a medical necessity review and provide clinical information to payor
- Document all efforts to gain authorization and payor communications
- Conduct medical record review
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- RN license (Required)
- 1+ year(s) of experience in acute hospital experience (Required)
- 1+ year(s) of experience in InterQual (Required)
- Proficient in application and use of InterQual
- Exhibit determined and assertive verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate knowledge and effective use of multiple applications, systems and resources
