Job Summary

A healthcare organization has a current position open for a Remote RN Case Manager in Denver.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing supervision of RNs, LPNs, CNAs and PCAs.
• Providing coordination of care
• Creating home plan of care

Required Skills:

• Estimated 50% working remotely, 20% drive time and 30% client/supervisory visits
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice
• Current CPR certification
