Job Summary
A not-for-profit health care system is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote RN Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist II in Temple.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing patient record reviews to determine complete, accurate and timely documentation of all conditions
- Formulating, interpreting, and analyzing data relative to opportunities to improve documentation practices
- Promoting and obtaining appropriate documentation for any clinical conditions or procedures
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) OR (CCDS) OR (CDIP)
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Health Information Management Administrator (RHIA)
