Remote RN Clinical Expert

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical operations team, the Remote RN Clinical Expert will deliver high-impact clinical work, manage complex clinical operations workflows, and provide quality oversight while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform care management outreach, chronic condition follow-ups, and care gap closure using Thesis's AI platform
• Review prior authorizations and appeals, applying clinical judgment to support operational workflows
• Conduct quality audits of clinical activities, identify trends, and develop remediation plans while maintaining quality scorecards

Required qualifications:

• Active RN or equivalent clinical license in good standing; multi-state or Compact licensure is a plus
• 2-5 years of clinical experience in direct patient care and virtual care delivery, with exposure to care management and prior authorization
• Prior experience in a healthtech company, startup, health plan, or technology-enabled clinical services organization
• Detail-oriented with a quality mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to creating processes
• Remote position based in the continental US
