Remote RN Clinical QA Coordinator
Job Summary
To ensure the highest quality and integrity of peer review case reports, the full-time Remote RN Clinical QA Coordinator will perform quality assurance reviews, verify compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards, and support the resolution of quality assurance issues while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client instructions and regulatory standards
- Verify that all recommendations are supported by evidence-based rationales and current clinical citations
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
- Active RN or LPN nursing license required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications, and laboratory values
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
