Key responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in healthcare services, providing them with necessary information
- Utilize a custom-built web-based system to manage client interactions and follow up on inquiries
- Work collaboratively within a supportive contact center culture to achieve performance incentives
Required qualifications
- Healthcare background with a minimum of 20 hours availability per week
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
