Remote RN Float

Job Summary

The full-time Remote RN Float will provide critical support to field teams by assessing urgent patient needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring seamless transitions in care during high-stress situations.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize crisis management skills to assess and address urgent patient needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and field staff needing immediate support
• Conduct chart auditing and assist in post-hospital outreach to prevent readmissions

Required qualifications

• Current and valid RN license allowing practice across state lines
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in emergency or critical care
• Availability to adjust shifts flexibly based on staffing needs
• Ability to communicate calmly during high-stress situations
• Strong organizational skills and dedication to patient safety
