Job Summary

A home health company has a current position open for a Telework RN Nurse Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Guiding service offices through the integration process in the case of a new office acquisition
  • Providing onsite clinical assessments to determine levels of proficiency and to determine opportunities for improvement
  • Assessing and fixing the needs and issues of service offices

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing and RN licensure
  • Home health experience is a must
  • Possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of HomeCare Home Base software
  • Be able to quickly ascertain needs amidst challenging team dynamics
