Remote RN Telephone Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote RN Telephone Triage Nurse with a Compact License and multiple state licenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service, documenting interactions in EHR
• Conduct clinical assessments and triage patients according to established protocols
• Provide administrative support, including medication refills and coordinating follow-up care

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 2-4 years of full-time clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active Compact State RN License and additional licenses in IL, MA, NY, MN, and DC
• Previous telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
