Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the Remote RN Triage service line.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Remote RN Triage service line, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Lead and supervise a team of remote registered nurses, providing training and performance evaluations
• Monitor the quality of care and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) Compact license
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Previous leadership or management experience overseeing clinical staff
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems
