Job Summary

A storage rental company is filling a position for a Remote Roadside Assistance Agent in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Diagnose mechanical issues
  • Attend three weeks of instructor-led paid training/education
  • Arrange service for the customer

Required Skills:

  • A non-wireless USB headset with microphone is required
  • Must be available Monday - Friday 5 am - 2 pm and Saturday or Sunday for 8.5 hours between 5 am - 2 pm (AZ Time)
  • Broadband/high speed internet with at least 2MB upload and 5MB download is required
  • Must be available to work Holidays
