Job Summary

A marketing company is filling a position for a Remote Roadside Assistance Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping callers and serving as a calm and reassuring voice over the phone
  • Troubleshooting and investigating if there isn't enough information
  • Advocating for callers as necessary

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to complete onsite training and work remotely until restrictions are lifted
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to type 30 words per minute
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Ability to remain composed with frustrated customers
