Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Roadside Assistance Customer Service Representative in Pittsburgh.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking inbound calls from drivers who need help
- Connecting the customer with immediate support
- Logging your interactions with customers in our tracking system
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2nd Shift (2pm-12am) and open weekend availability
- You have great people skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Stable work history, attendance and punctuality
- Computer navigation and experience emailing through Microsoft Outlook
