Job Summary
A travel service provider has a current position open for a Remote Roadside Assistance Customer Service Representative in the Tempe Area.
Must be able to:
- Deliver extraordinary customer service to Members
- Identify situations that require special handling
- Make sound decisions concerning the prioritization of service
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Work from Home after onsite 2 weeks training in Tempe
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G suite
- Ability to operate a multi-line telephone
- Ability to navigate through mapping system
