Job Summary
An automotive company has an open position for a Remote Roadside Automotive Support Specialist in Draper.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing highest level of verbal and written customer support
- Coordinating towing services in urgent and non-urgent situations when needed
- Evaluating the needs of customers and work in a creative, pro-active manner
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Upon completion of training, this position will work remote up to 80% of the work week
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities
- Experience using Customer Management Systems, and MS Office Suite
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
