To support the reliable performance of robotic arms deployed at client sites, the full-time Remote Robot Support Specialist will monitor system health, identify and investigate issues, and communicate updates while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Actively monitor robot performance and system health through internal dashboards and tools
- Investigate anomalies, apply known solutions, and document unresolved issues for escalation
- Communicate effectively with teammates and clients, providing timely updates and status changes
Required qualifications
