Job Summary

A real estate company has an open position for a Remote Robotic Process Automation Applications Manager in Santa Ana.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage onshore and offshore team to support a federated RPA team structure
  • Build high performing team through goal setting
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provides ongoing performance feedback

Required Skills:

  • Experience implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions
  • Knowledge of OCR, functional libraries, other tools and methods to accelerate RPA development
  • Experience with DevSecOps and Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts
  • Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation
  • Technology development experience on major technologies and platforms
  • Minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience in SDLC and solutions design
