Job Summary
A major healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Robotic Process Automation Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serving as a key resource on complex and / or critical automation projects
- Performing complex conceptual analysis
- Performing root cause analysis to identify and recommend test scope and test approach improvements
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience that includes some time spend gathering and documenting business requirements
- 3+ years of experience in process evaluation, process deconstruction, process improvement, solutioning, testing, and / or remediation
- Previous experience in business analysis, reporting, problem identification, resolution and root cause analysis
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create, edit, track)
