Job Summary

A robotics development company is in need of a Remote Robotics Development Customer Support Associate in San Jose.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day product technical support and other customer requests
  • Understand in-depth technical specifications and operating requirements to successfully help customers deploy and use products
  • Work with customer side IT to help troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware & software issues

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor degree with major or minor studies in IT-related fields
  • 1+ years of professional experience in customer support for hardware or software products
  • IT-related technical knowledge in networking, web & desktop applications, mobile devices and mobile applications
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, the public, customers, partners, and any other potential stakeholders
  • Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
