Job Summary
A medical record retrieval provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote ROI Specialist in Dallas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receive incoming requests for information and respond to requests through mail, walk-in, telephone and fax inquiries
- Validate requests and authorizations for release of medical information
- Complete release of information requests including retrieving patient’s medical charts
Position Requirements Include:
- Attend and participate in required educational training sessions
- Must be willing to travel to multiple sites
- Administrative experience in an office setting
- Proven customer service experience and/or training
- Ability to effectively use computer software and technology
- All other requirements necessary for this position
