Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Routing and Ancillary Product Owner Senior Business Process Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with Program Lead and Program Director in supporting agile-based program migration
- Share and decompose features into user stories
- Create workable business user stories / business requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel 25 % of the time
- 5+ years as a project manager or product owner or senior analyst role
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Builds effective relationships with co-workers and customers
- Experience in identifying process/systemic issues and recommending solutions for improvement
