Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote RP Associate Operations Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Analyze participant loan information to determine if loans are in default in according with IRS regulations
- Research nightly errors and out of balance activities determining root cause
- Review recommend and/or implement process improvements to assure compliance with audit controls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A solid and thoughtful approach that clearly defines problems and analyzes information using a rational and systematic approach
- 1-2 years of experience working with retirement plans
- Confidently and competently conveys and presents information that is straightforward, uncomplicated and clear
- Devoted to understanding and anticipating customers' needs
- ASPPA Retirement Plans Fundamentals 1 & 2, completed or in progress
