• Acting as a bridge between the technical teams and the business SME
• Qualifying and quantifying RPA opportunities
• Recording Benefits Quantification post RPA deployment

Required Skills:

• 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner
• Strong analytical mind
• Strong Business Process Management and process mapping background
• Good understanding of Healthcare, IT, and Operations
• Basic to average understanding of healthcare business processes, and business process management
• Excellent communication skills
