Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement research strategies for hard-to-fill roles and conduct market mapping
• Identify and engage top talent using advanced sourcing techniques and maintain a clean candidate pipeline
• Present market findings and candidate profiles to Recruiters and Hiring Leaders, partnering closely to align on priorities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-5 years of proven sourcing and talent mapping experience, preferably in marketing, digital, or retail
• Experience in successfully delivering on hard-to-fill roles across various industries
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social platforms and networking
• Fluency in English
