Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Ruby Developer in San Francisco.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Documenting and mapping code flows of the existing Admin system
  • Designing, re-architecting, and implementing portions of our codebase
  • Addressing immediate Infosec remediations and Access-Control issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 7+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of Ruby experience
  • Ability to work on a legacy codebase with limited documentation
  • Deep understanding of system design and engineering best practices
  • Strong knowledge of Ruby/Rails, React, Javascript
