Job Summary
A software platform that provides online self-scheduling and queue management for healthcare organizations has a current position open for a Remote Ruby Lead Full Stack Software Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading a team in the design, development, maintenance, and support of custom Ruby applications
- Applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development life cycle
- Collaborating with team members to identify strengths and weaknesses of applications and improve upon them
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years indirect supervision or leadership experience
- 5+ of software development experience in a work environment
- Full stack experience
- Extensive experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
