An ecommerce company has a current position open for a Remote Ruby on Rails Back End Software Engineer.

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Software Engineering, Application Development, Computer Science, or similar
- Experience leading technical teams, making architectural decisions and upholding the values and standards
- Expert understanding of Ruby on Rails
- Experience refactoring legacy codebases
- Experience building RESTful web services
