Job Summary

A software and IT company is in need of a Remote Ruby On Rails Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Implement real-time, high-performance web applications
  • Architect, maintainable, testable solutions to complex technical problems
  • Tackle performance bottlenecks and drive improvements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel to conferences
  • Relevant engineering experience of at least 5 years
  • Strong fundamentals through an education in computer science or related fields
  • 3+ years of backend and/or full-stack experience
  • Thorough understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, etc
  • Experience developing with Ruby and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails and Sinatra
