Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Ruby on Rails Software Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work directly on one of our client-facing products
- Design, build and maintain robust and scalable software
- Participate in architectural design discussions and planning session
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-4 years of strong proficiency and working experience using Ruby on Rails
- Fluency in testing frameworks such as RSpec and/or Cucumber
- Experience working with multiple types of SQL and NoSQL datastores
- A good understanding of server-side templating languages
- Experience in working on a medium-to-large monolithic codebase
- Good hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools
