Job Summary

A talent recruitment and staffing firm is filling a position for a Remote Ruby on Rails Software Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver regular product releases across multiple software products
  • Engage with customers and product managers to ensure value creation
  • Engage and align top talent through strong recruitment and career management

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (MS or Ph.D. preferred) is mandatory
  • 10+ years of experience in hands-on software development/engineering
  • 3+ years experience leading software development teams
  • Experience in managing teams of 10+ people
  • 3+ years of experience releasing software products within a CI/CD environment
  • Must meet technical experience requirements listed by company
