Remote Russian Interpreter

Job Summary

To support the delivery of high-quality interpretation services, the Remote Russian Contract Interpreter will provide consecutive interpretation, adhere to client protocols, and continuously enhance their subject matter knowledge while working on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide consecutive, first-person interpretation for various clients
• Follow interpreter protocols and maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies
• Continuously improve vocabulary and specialized knowledge in fields such as medical, legal, and social services

Required qualifications:

• Updated resume in English submitted at the time of application
• Completion of English Language Proficiency with a rating of technical proficiency (3 or higher on the ILR scale)
• Successful completion of a mock oral interpretation session with a passing score
• Passing score on Propio's online Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology Assessment
• Full background check and security screen, along with a signed commitment to confidentiality and ethics
