Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Rx Senior Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Achieving individual cross sell, growth/retention targets and customer satisfaction levels
- Being accountable for the service experience, developing and managing service plans in the most proactive and strategic manner possible
- Leading department wide projects and mentor account managers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Percent of Travel Required 10 - 25%
- The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of direct PBM experience and knowledge of Rx claim systems or commensurate experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft desktop tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
