Job Summary
An information technology and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with company’s Customer Success team to manage business relationships with key decision makers across the entire customer base
- Identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue through renewals, upsells and expansion of existing customers
- Interfacing with Customer Marketing and Partnerships teams to assist in upsell campaigns
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years in quota-carrying business/sales development or closing roles at a SaaS organization or MSP
- Proven strong executive presence and presentation skills; confident partnering and negotiating with C-level decision makers
- Proven track record of excelling in fast-growing environments with little oversight
- Demonstrated excellent core sales skills, proven track record of achievement against targets
- Ability to remain up-to-date on changes and developments within the IT industry as well as company’s partner product and service offerings
- Ability to maintain accurate quarterly forecasts
