An entertainment marketing technology company is seeking a Remote SaaS Client Support Assistant in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving trouble tickets
- Prioritizing the needs of new and existing clients
- Providing day-to-day client support
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 2+ years experience working in a box office, ticketing or a related live event space
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in Customer Service, Tech Support, or Sales experience in the B2B SaaS space
- Tech Savvy- can pick up on new technologies quickly and easily
- Self-motivated, with a get it done attitude and affinity for working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, as well as great oral and written communication skills
