Job Summary

An entertainment marketing technology company is seeking a Remote SaaS Client Support Assistant in New York City.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Resolving trouble tickets
  • Prioritizing the needs of new and existing clients
  • Providing day-to-day client support

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience working in a box office, ticketing or a related live event space
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in Customer Service, Tech Support, or Sales experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • Tech Savvy- can pick up on new technologies quickly and easily
  • Self-motivated, with a get it done attitude and affinity for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, as well as great oral and written communication skills
