Job Summary

A open-source time-series database provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Customer Insights Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Use Google Sheets, Excel, and some SQL to unify our data to present a holistic view of customers' progress
  • Provide robust, data-driven answers to critical questions
  • Help Integrate and automate our data pipelines

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience working with the CEO and other senior leadership of other internal teams
  • Comfortable communicating your assumptions and findings.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort communicating your assumptions and findings
