Job Summary
A company offering a software-as-a-service scheduling resource is filling a position for a Remote SaaS Customer Success Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Auditing, defining and optimising the current Customer Success performance metrics
- Supporting and coaching team performance
- Identifying new roles and hiring across three key regions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven experience managing a Customer Success team in a growing SaaS organisation
- Experience defining and optimising Customer Success processes and practices
- Demonstrable experience hiring and retaining a Customer Success team in a scale-up phase
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking success metrics
- Solid understanding of key SaaS revenue success metrics
- Well versed in lightweight CRM and Deal Management tools
