An online media company is in need of a Remote Saas Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Clearly defining expectations and KPIs for Customer Success team members
- Defining and optimizing customer journey supporting an exceptional customer experience
- Ensuring new customer onboarding is seamless and driving utilization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years in the fields of Account Management or Customer Success
- Proven success in leadership role
- Subscription renewal/revenue/retention experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to easily diffuse internal or external issues with confidence
- Ability to work well in a fast moving team environment
