Job Summary

An online media company is in need of a Remote Saas Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Clearly defining expectations and KPIs for Customer Success team members
  • Defining and optimizing customer journey supporting an exceptional customer experience
  • Ensuring new customer onboarding is seamless and driving utilization

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years in the fields of Account Management or Customer Success
  • Proven success in leadership role
  • Subscription renewal/revenue/retention experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to easily diffuse internal or external issues with confidence
  • Ability to work well in a fast moving team environment
