Job Summary

A consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing portfolio of accounts, helping to ensure customer success from client goal setting & guidance on best practices
  • Becoming an expert on Binary Fountain's products and the value they provide in defined industries
  • Increasing revenue through up-sell opportunities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • 3+ years of professional experience in account management or Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Strong technical competence and ability to translate feedback between engineering and customers
  • People skills required to create, maintain and enhance relationships with customers
  • Positive energy and ability to work in a team environment
