Job Summary
A consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing portfolio of accounts, helping to ensure customer success from client goal setting & guidance on best practices
- Becoming an expert on Binary Fountain's products and the value they provide in defined industries
- Increasing revenue through up-sell opportunities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- 3+ years of professional experience in account management or Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Strong technical competence and ability to translate feedback between engineering and customers
- People skills required to create, maintain and enhance relationships with customers
- Positive energy and ability to work in a team environment
