Job Summary
A third-party compliance software company has an open position for a Remote SaaS Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a primary Customer point of contact throughout the Customer’s lifecycle
- Conducting monthly and weekly “wellness meetings” to conduct discovery and understand the customer’s objectives and priorities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience
- Existing knowledge of and experience in the SaaS industry
- 5+ years of prior experience in client-facing role required
