Job Summary

A game server hosting company is seeking a Remote SaaS Customer Success Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide timely correspondence to customers via email, social media, or chat
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, escalate when necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of our customer-facing processes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Knowledge of best customer success practices
  • Knowledge of gaming, server hosting, or SaaS industry
  • A high proficiency in English
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with Intercom or CRM software
