Job Summary
A game server hosting company is seeking a Remote SaaS Customer Success Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide timely correspondence to customers via email, social media, or chat
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, escalate when necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of our customer-facing processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge of best customer success practices
- Knowledge of gaming, server hosting, or SaaS industry
- A high proficiency in English
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with Intercom or CRM software
