A fleet management software development company has an open position for a Remote SaaS Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Birmingham.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Organizing and executing a customer-specific rollout plan
- Working with customers to establish their key performance indicators
- Planning and executing an effective and proactive outreach strategy that increases engagement and feature adoption
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- EExperience working with CRM systems, online project management tools, internal communication tools, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc
- Proven ability to use metrics to identify needs as well as to tell a compelling story
- Enjoy and are comfortable interacting with every level of customer
- Have experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
