Job Summary
An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SaaS IT Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading initiatives to drive widespread adoption and impact with the product
- Playing an advisory role to customers as they deploy and optimize the product
- Building long-term strategic relationships with both customers and partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willing to travel 10-25% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in explaining technical solutions and developing opportunities
- Experience building + selling business cases and improving customer experience
- Experience building strong relationships, including with senior-level executives
- 2+ years of account management, implementation, or sales experience in software/SaaS
