Job Summary
A financial technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Onboard customers onto the company's dashboard, tracking the interactions via salesforce
- Train new and existing customers on how to best utilize company;s platform for their workflow
- Support customer tickets and handle escalations via calls
Qualifications for this position include:
- 0-2 years of corporate experience
- Experience onboarding customers onto a new product
- Experience woking with customers using a SaaS product
- Ability to communicate with customers in a concise fashion, verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer ticket trends and represent the existing customer internally
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight or Catalyst is a plus
