Job Summary

A financial technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Onboard customers onto the company's dashboard, tracking the interactions via salesforce
  • Train new and existing customers on how to best utilize company;s platform for their workflow
  • Support customer tickets and handle escalations via calls

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 0-2 years of corporate experience
  • Experience onboarding customers onto a new product
  • Experience woking with customers using a SaaS product
  • Ability to communicate with customers in a concise fashion, verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze customer ticket trends and represent the existing customer internally
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight or Catalyst is a plus
