Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Product Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing technical guidance including analysis, reproduction, and general troubleshooting
  • Analyzing the customer’s business needs and recommending appropriate remediation actions
  • Assisting with identifying expected functional behavior of the software product

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent work experience may be considered)
  • Excellent analytical and logical skills
