Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is filling a position for a Remote SaaS Products Training Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Create new accounts and contacts in a CRM system as needed
- Update documentation as needed to reflect changes in process or procedure
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Familiar with LMS, CRM, and any related/similar systems
- Need to have processed an invoice, order, and subscription
- Ability to master new systems and complex processes with ease
- Ability to troubleshoot basic LMS issues efficiently and effectively
