Job Summary
A technology company specializing in providing the necessary data that businesses need is seeking a Remote Renewals Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping drive adoption and helping expand relationships with a large book of business
- Serving as the primary point of contact for comapny’s customer base to retain and expand accounts within the product book of business
- Managing a large number of renewals each quarter
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least one to two years of experience in a Customer Success or Sales Role
- At least one year of experience directly owning renewals and contract negotiations
- Experience working with Salesforce and Salesforce integrated products
- Experience working with both marketing and sales personas
- Ability to pivot conversations with stakeholders, dependent on audiences and technical understanding
- Ability to deeply understand your customers' business challenges and how to position our product suite as the solution
