Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote SaaS Renewals Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Renewing our existing customer’s accounts
- Managing a busy pipeline of accounts
- Encouraging our customers (at CXO level) to renew their contracts
Position Requirements Include:
- 1 year + proven experience in Sales, Operations, or Account Management
- Solid business knowledge - curious and keen to learn
- Value-based selling skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience
